What does the Challenge Entail?

  • 6 weeks of working out a minimum of 3 times a week.
  • A Coach to guide you through the challenge.
  • Nutritional guidance and follow up.

  • Group classes that are fun and supportive.

This is a program for beginners. You don’t need to be in shape or bring any experience, but you must be willing to do the following things:

  • Come in for a 1 on 1 intro session.
  • Complete our On Ramp program.
  • Keep track of your progress.
  • Commit to the whole program.
  • Work hard; you will be pushed, but it will not be impossible.
  • Work with a group. You will not be alone, the coaches and members will be cheering you on!
  • Commit to making a change.
  • Leave your ego at home. The process will humble you no matter what your athleticexperience. 
  • Be patient. This is not a crash diet or a “biggest loser” challenge. We will work with your goals. It isn’t about pounds on a scale.
  • Follow our gyms rules.

Standards for the contest will be based on the following criteria:

  • Adherence to nutritional counseling and keeping a food log.
  • Attending 3 classes a week
  • Performance in benchmark workouts that will occur at the beginning and end of the 6 weeks
