6 Week Fitness Challenge Starting June 6th

What does the Challenge Entail?

  • 6 weeks of working out 3 times a week.
  • A Coach to guide you through the challenge.

  • A beginner friendly environment that’s judgment free.

This is a program for beginners. You don’t need to be in shape or bring any experience, but you must be willing to do the following things.

 

  • Come in 3 times a week
  • Attend a gym open house and get checked on June 4th or 5th.
  • Commit to 7:30pm classes for the first week. After the first week classes will be available in the morning, afternoon and evening.
  • Keep track of your progress
  • Commit to the whole program.
  • Work hard. You will be pushed, but it will not be impossible.
  • Work with a group.
  • Commit to making a change. You will not be alone. The coaches and other members will be cheering you along!
  • Leave your ego at home. You cannot worry about what the person next to you is doing. The process will humble you no matter what your experience is. 
  • Be patient. This is not a crash diet or a “biggest loser” challenge. We will work with your goals. It isn’t about pounds on a scale.
