We want you to be a part of our 6 Week Fitness Challenge Starting June 19
What does the Challenge Entail?
- 6 weeks of working out a minimum of 3 times a week.
- A Coach to guide you through the challenge.

This is a program for beginners. You don’t need to be in shape or bring any experience, but you must be willing to do the following things:
- Come in 3 times a week.
- Come to the gym for an interview before the challenge starts.
- Commit to 7:30pm classes for the first week on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. After the first week, classes will be available in the morning, afternoon and evening.
- Keep track of your progress.
- Commit to the whole program.
- Work hard. You will be pushed, but it will not be impossible.
- Work with a group.
- Commit to making a change. You will not be alone. The coaches and other members will be cheering you along!
- Leave your ego at home. You cannot worry about what the person next to you is doing. The process will humble you no matter what your experience is.
- Be patient. This is not a crash diet or a “biggest loser” challenge. We will work with your goals. It isn’t about pounds on a scale.
- Follow our gyms rules.
