6 Week Challenge
What does the Challenge Entail?
- 6 weeks of working out a minimum of 3 times a week.
- A Coach to guide you through the challenge.
- Nutritional guidance and follow up.
- A personalized food template built for your goals.
- A beginner friendly environment that’s judgment free.
- Group classes that are fun and supportive.

This is a program for beginners. You don’t need to be in shape or bring any experience, but you must be willing to do the following things:
- Come in for a free, no risk intro session.
- Complete our On Ramp program.
- Keep track of your progress.
- Commit to the whole program.
- Work hard; you will be pushed, but it will not be impossible.
- Work with a group. You will not be alone, the coaches and members will be cheering you on!
- Commit to making a change.
- Leave your ego at home. The process will humble you no matter what your athletic experience.
- Be patient. This is not a crash diet or a “biggest loser” challenge. We will work with your goals. It isn’t about pounds on a scale.
- Follow our gyms rules.

Standards for the contest will be based on the following criteria:
- Adherence to nutritional counseling and keeping a food log.
- Attending 3 classes a week
- Performance in benchmark workouts that will occur at the beginning and end of the 6 weeks
