Come attend our Introduction to CrossFit class. This Intro class is open to anyone and you can sign up for it here. It is every Saturday at 10am at Goose Island CrossFit in Lincoln Park, Chicago. At this session you will learn our philosophy and why anyone can do CrossFit. We will introduce you to the movements we will preform that day and show you how you can scale any workout to help you learn new movements while still getting a great workout.
Our On Ramp is a week long required program for people who have not done CrossFit before. We build on the principles we learned in the Intro class and walk you through the major portions of Weightlifting, Powerlifting and Gymnastic skills. You will not master these movements after one week of training, but you will have a strong grasp of them and be prepared for our regular classes after that point.
