Andy stuck to the challenge, worked hard at the gym, lost weight, added 30 lbs to his deadlift and cut his baseline time down to 4:01.
He is the proud winner of a free month of CrossFit.
Second and third place go to Lauren Lomelli and Sara Fisch. Lauren also added 30 lbs to her deadlift, and Sara adhered to the food guidelines without faltering once during the entirety of the challenge.
We’d also like to give a shout out to Stephanie Perkowski who was able to string together pull ups for the first time during the challenge and shaved 3 MINUTES off her baseline time!
